We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
1. ORDERS & PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to email confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on our website may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
2. PRICES
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling’s. Prices may change without notice from time to time. The total amount due is inclusive of sales tax applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address. The applicable sales tax amount is indicated on the payment page of the cart.
The amount of sales tax charged on your order will depend upon various factors, including type of item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment. Sales tax regulations may change between the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization and this may affect the calculation of sales taxes. The amount appearing on your payment page of the cart may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged as indicated in the invoice you will receive with the shipping confirmation email. Customers are responsible for customs and import duties charges while receiving parcels in their countries. DHL will contact you about the charges.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on our website as specified on your order confirmation.
4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
You can order items on our website and have them shipped to an address of your choice.
You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the order has been delivered to you. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Exchanges and/or returns will only be accepted within 10 days from receiving your order.
Prior returning your items for refund or exchange, please send us an email with the reason of the return and the date of your return shipment.
We will give you the address to send it back to us at your own cost.
Items must be returned to us unused with all tags, labels still attached in our black box intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you or deducted from your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
If you need a different size, there’s no cost to exchange your purchase. However you will be charged for shipping. If you wish to try another style, we will refund your money once we receive the items unworn and you will be able to make a new purchase of the style you desire.
Please note that frequent and repeated returns will be investigated.
6. BINDING AGREEMENT
Our order confirmation, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our other Site Policies shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
