Shipping & Handling

Your order will be shipped within 7 days from the order date and will take between 3-5 days to reach you on the standard shipping option and between 1-2 days on the Next day delivery option. Delivery cost options available to select at checkout.

Once your order has left us, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment informations. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Most shipments will be sent via DHL. Customers are responsible for customs and import duties charges while receiving parcels in their countries. DHL will contact you about the charges.

If you cannot find your country in the shipping options, please send us an email atelier@mimineag.com and we will give you another option.
